El presente Decreto modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 2º del Decreto 2929 de 1982 y deroga los artículos 2º del Decreto 1414 de 1976, 12 del Decreto 664 de 1979, 2º del Decreto 1131 de 1984 y el inciso 1º del artículo 8º del Decreto 1298 de 1980. Continúa vigente lo dispuesto en los artículos 7º y 8º del Decreto 1084 de 1981.
