Art. 3° Ausilíase la construcción de dos puentes sobro los ríos Somondoco i Macanas, en el Departamento de Oriente, Estado de Boyacá, con la suma de ocho mil pesos.

Esta suma se pondrá a disposición del Presidente del Estado soberano de Boyacá, por terceras partes, i después de contratadas dichas obras; para lo cual se consideran incluidas en el Presupuesto nacional tales cantidades.
