La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia podrá autorizar a una sociedad para administrar varios Fondos Voluntarios de Pensión cuando la naturaleza de los planes de pensiones lo exija y siempre que no se pongan en peligro los intereses de los partícipes de los diversos planes y Fondos.
