° El pago de los auxilios que se reconozcan se harán personalmente a los damnificados o al instituto de crédito territorial, si llegaren a formalizarse los contratos previstos en el Artículo 9° de este decreto, y las juntas no podrán efectuar ni autorizar gastos con cargo a fondos provenientes del Tesorero Nacional, con fines distintos de pagar los auxilios asignados y reconocidos, en cumplimiento de los objetivos de la Ley 1° de 1941 y de los determinados en el presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
