Descentralización administrativa en entidades territoriales. De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 48 de la Constitución Política, artículos 11 y 12 de la Ley 10 de 1990 y artículos 5º, 6º y 7º de la Ley 489 de 1998 y demás normas que las desarrollen o modifiquen, las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control a cargo de los departamentos, distritos y municipios serán ejercidas en cooperación y colaboración con la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
