Concluido el debate oral, el Presidente propone a cada uno de los vocales el siguiente cuestionario: "N. N." acusado de los hechos que aparecen en autos, debe continuar al servicio de las Fuerzas Militares o debe ser separado en forma absoluta El Presidente y los demás vocales se constituirán inmediatamente en sesión permanente y secreta para decidir, en presencia del Fiscal y del vocero. Cada vocal dará respuesta escrita al cuestionario separadamente sin comunicarse entre sí, ni con persona alguna.
