ARTICULO 38 . El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores en uso de su competencia discrecional y a través del Jefe de la División de Visas, podrá disponer la cancelación de visa. Contra el acto de cancelación de visa, no procede recurso alguno y su titular deberá abandonar el país dentro del mes siguiente a la notificación del acto de cancelación, so pena de ser deportado.
