Planta de personal . De conformidad con la estructura y funciones, prevista por el presente Decreto, el Gobierno nacional en ejercicio de sus facultades constitucionales y legales adoptará el sistema de nomenclatura y clasificación de empleos de la Entidad, su régimen salarial y prestacional, así como la planta de personal, de acuerdo con lo establecido en las normas generales contenidas en la Ley 4ª de 1992.
