La designación se hará exclusivamente de la lista de auxiliares de la justicia del respectivo Despacho, dentro del grupo a que corresponda el cargo que debe proveerse, y en caso de peritos, dentro de los nombres de la especialidad respectiva, y de ella se llevará registro en libro a propósito y se informará mensualmente a la oficina de Vigilancia Judicial.
