De la partida apropiada en el artículo 785 bis, del capítulo 73, del Presupuesto en curso, destínase la suma de $1,000 para atender a los gastos que demande la reunión del cuarto Congreso Internacional Femenino. Tal suma será entregada a la Tesorera de dicho Congreso, mediante cuentas visadas por la Presidenta del mismo.
