Cuando por almacenamiento de materias primas o procesadas existe la posibilidad de que éstas alcancen los sistemas de alcantarillado o las aguas, las personas responsables del establecimiento deberán tomar las medidas específicas necesarias para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley y sus reglamentaciones.
