° . Garantías. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 4 del Decreto 2360 de 1993, las garantías otorgadas por las entidades territoriales y sus descentralizadas se evaluarán de acuerdo con los criterios definidos en el artículo 3 del mismo decreto. Estas garantías estarán sometidas además a las limitaciones establecidas en el artículo 11 de la Ley 358 de 1997.
