El Consejo Profesional de Geología establecerá la equivalencia de títulos y podrá improbar aquellos obtenidos a través de estudios que estime deficientes.

Parágrafo 1

. Los títulos obtenidos con base en estudios hechos por correspondencia, no serán reconocidos por el Consejo Profesional de Geología, bajo ninguna forma.

Parágrafo 2

. El Consejo Profesional de Geología dará aviso oportuno al Ministerio de Educación Nacional acerca de los títulos aprobados.
