PERDIDA DEL DERECHO A TRATAMIENTO Y PRESTACIONES . Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, que rehúsen el tratamiento prescrito por la Sanidad o no cumplan con las indicaciones que les han sido hechas al respecto, pierden el derecho al tratamiento y a las indemnizaciones que puedan corresponderle, y exonerar al Ministerio de Defensa y a la Policía Nacional de toda responsabilidad.
