Artículo primero. Las definiciones de bus, buseta, microbús, camión, camioneta y volquete, a que hace referencia del artículo 2º del Decreto 1344 de 1970, quedarán así: Bus: Vehículo automotor destinado al transporte de personas en número mayor de 30. Buseta: Vehículo automotor destinado al transporte de personas con capacidad entre 21 y 30 pasajeros. Camión: Vehículo automotor destinado al transporte de carga con capacidad superior a dos toneladas. Camioneta: Vehículo automotor destinado al transporte de carga con capacidad hasta de dos toneladas. Microbús. Vehículo automotor destinado al transporte de personas con capacidad entre 11 y 20 pasajeros. Volquete: Vehículo automotor provisto de una caja que se puede vaciar por un giro sobre uno o más ejes, destinado al trasporte de materiales.
