Art. 3. ° En la 1,ª i 2.ª sección habrá diez i seis guardas i un cabo en cada una. Los cabos con la asignación anual de $ 320 cada uno, i los guardas con la de $ 180 cada uno. En la 3.ª i 4. ª no se establecen por ahora guardas; pero habrá en cada una un cabo, con la asignacion anual de $ 320, uno de los cuales será remunerado tomando de la partida apropiada en el Presupuesto para el pagó de guardas.
