Art. 5.° En el río Magdalena el privilegio es exclusivo entre Conejo y Guarumo; y de allí hasta Utica, la zona privilegiada se limita á un kilómetro á cada lado de la vía, dentro de la cual no se podrá construir ningún otro ferrocarril ni vía de rieles de madera ni de cables de alambre; pero si podrá ser cortada la zona privilegiada por cualquiera otro camino ó ferrocarril cuya dirección sea distinta de la del que construya el Sr. Liévano y que no tenga por objeto únicamente hacerle competencia.
