La Oficina de Registro de Cambios, previo concepto de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, podrá suspender o limitar transitoriamente el registro de contratos de exportación de café, para obtener el estricto cumplimiento de los acuerdos internacionales celebrados o que se celebren sobre regulación del mercado cafetero.

No podrán establecerse en desarrollo del inciso anterior cupos individuales de exportación.
