° . Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil. A partir del 1° de enero de 2002 la remuneración mensual del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil será de seis millones doscientos noventa y siete mil doscientos treinta y siete pesos ($6.297.237) moneda corriente, distribuidos así: Asignación Básica: $2.267.005 Gastos de Representación: $4.030.232 La Prima Especialde Servicios, sin carácter salarial, a que se refiere el artículo 15 de la Ley 4ª de 1992, es aquella que sumada a los demás ingresos laborales, iguale a los percibidos en su totalidad por los Miembros del Congreso, sin que en ningún caso los supere. Esta reemplaza en su totalidad y deja sin efecto cualquier otra prima, con excepción de la prima de navidad.
