º. El representante de los Gobernadores será elegido por el sistema de mayoría simple. Para tal efecto el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente publicará por una vez en un diario de circulación nacional la invitación a la reunión en la cual los mismos Gobernadores o sus delegados elegirán el representante al Consejo Nacional Ambiental. La reunión de Gobernadores deberá enviar al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente el acta de la reunión respectiva donde se eligió al representante.
