Integración. Los Subcomites Técnicos estarán integrados por el director del organismo o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, por el jefe de la unidad de planeación de la entidad y por el jefe de la unidad o dirección que tenga a su cargo el manejo de la Investigación Sociojurídica, el fomento de la misma o su integración al proceso de creación legislativa en la respectiva entidad.
