Las Compañías fundadas y domiciliadas en Colombia, o las que en ella se establecieren de conformidad con las disposiciones sobre extranjería y naturalización, y sobre legalización de sociedades extranjeras, están obligadas a enviar al Ministerio de Industrias para formar las estadísticas del caso, una copia del extracto notarial de las escrituras de formación y administración de ellas, según los artículos 469, 598 y 599 del Código de Comercio, y 2°. de la Ley 42 de 1898.
