Art. 7.º Las hermanas célibes asumirán el derecho de la recompensa en el caso de que sus hermanos que hayan muerto en el campo de batalla ó con motivo de heridas recibidas en él ó en alguna función del servicio, no hayan dejado hijos, padres o viudas sobrevivientes, y siempre que se compruebe que la subsistencia de ellas dependía del hermano que perdieron.
