ARTICULO 30. El Subdirector de Relaciones Colectivas es competente para

Resolver los recursos interpuestos contra las providencias proferidas por la División de Reglamentación y Registro Sindical.

Ejercer las funciones señaladas en el artículo 33 del Decreto 2145 de 1992.

Las demás que le sean asignadas por ley, decreto o reglamento. División de Negociación y Arbitraje.
