Caprecom y el PAR Telecom, deberá poner a disposición de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP), las bases de datos, los aplicativos de los cuales tenga la propiedad intelectual y la información completa relacionada con la función pensional de las Empresas Teleasociadas Liquidadas y de Telecom y necesaria para que la UGPP pueda ejercer cabalmente sus funciones.
