PARTICIPACIÓN PROPORCIONAL EN LOS RECURSOS DE LA AESGPRI. Los recursos para la administración y ejecución por parte de los territorios indígenas ubicados en áreas no municipalizadas, obedecerán a los que en razón a su población les correspondan proporcionalmente del total asignado por la Nación al Resguardo Indígena al cual pertenecen, certificada por el DANE, sin que lo anterior pueda tener impacto sobre el cálculo de la Asignación Especial para Resguardos Indígenas a nivel nacional, en el marco de los artículos 26 del Decreto número 1953 de 2014 y 103 de la Ley 715 de 2001.
