El producto de la venta de los ejidos urbanos a que se refiere esta Ley, se destinará exclusivamente al establecimiento de acueductos, alcantarillados, plantas eléctricas, higiene y educación primaria en las mencionadas poblaciones o para atender al pago total o parcial de tales servicios si los tuviere ya montados construidos o en vía de ejecución.
