Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto regular el pago de los pasivos pensionales que existían a cargo de la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Valle del Cauca (CVC), en la fecha de su escisión y creación de la Empresa de Energía del Pacífico S. A. (EPSA), con los recursos provenientes de la venta de las acciones emitidas por esta última de propiedad de la Nación, en los términos previstos por los artículos 20 y 26 del Decreto- ley 1275 de 1994. (Decreto 1151 de 1997, artículo 1)
