ARTICULO 54 . CLASES DE JUNTAS. Para cumplir lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, la Policía Nacional contará con las siguientes Juntas de Clasificación

Para oficiales superiores.

Para oficiales subalternos.

Para suboficiales, personal del nivel ejecutivo y agentes, así: - Una en la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional. - Una en cada Subdirección Especializada. - Una en cada Comando de Departamento o Dirección de Escuela.

Parágrafo

Las juntas a que se refiere el numeral 3 de este artículo, sólo podrán ratificar o modificar clasificaciones anuales y determinar clasificaciones para ascenso, ingreso al nivel ejecutivo, promoción o cambio de nivel.
