Auxíliase al referido Municipio de Tangua, para la celebración del primer centenario de su fundación, con la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40,000:00), que serán invertidos en las obras que determine una Junta integrada por el Presidente del Concejo, el Alcalde del Municipio y un miembro nombrado por la Gobernación del Departamento .
