Será elaborado en papel pergamino o cartulina blanca de treinta y cinco (35) centímetros de largo por veinticinco (25) centímetros de ancho en orientación horizontal, tipo de letra Edwardian Script ITC, excepto las firmas en tipo de letra Monotipe Cursiva, el cual llevará en el lado izquierdo superior la ilustración del anverso de la Medalla Militar “Servicios Distinguidos a la Acción Integral Naval”, y en el lado derecho superior el reverso de la misma Medalla. El diploma estará enmarcado con los colores azul y gris así:
