A la sanción de la presente Ley, el Gobierno Nacional, por intermedio del Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Técnicos, organizará las comisiones de técnicos y economistas que sean necesarios, a fin de que adelanten los estudios de planificación y la organización administrativa y fiscal del Departamento de Risaralda. Dicha comisión, además, asesorará durante los primeros seis meses de su existencia al nuevo Departamento.
