Art. 13. ° El archivo del Consejo de Estado y la Biblioteca del mismo pasarán al Ministro de Gobierno.

Parágrafo

La entrega de los objetos del Consejo se hará por riguroso inventario, bajo recibo, y la diligencia de entrega y el inventario se publicarán inmediatamente en el Diario Oficial .
