Con el fin de establecer los lineamientos de la ejecución de la financiación o cofinanciación, el IGAC, estructurará el Manual Operativo de la financiación o cofinanciación (MO) en el marco del artículo 107 de la Ley 2159 de 2021 y el presente decreto reglamentario, el que será objeto de aprobación por el Comité de Cofinanciación.
