Programas de capacitación no formales. Los programas de capacitación no formales que ofrezcan las Cajas de Compensación Familiar podrán ser subsidiados cuando no presenten duplicidad con los programas ofrecidos por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, salvo aquellos desarrollados en convenios con dicha entidad, dichos programas dirigidos exclusivamente al fomento, mejoramiento del empleo productivo y a la generación de ingresos para la familia.
