Los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario CERT, que se expidan durante la vigencia 2008 caducarán el 31 de diciembre de 2009 y solamente dentro de este término podrán negociarse libremente o utilizarse para el pago de impuestos, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 10 del Decreto 636 de 1984.
