Representación de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales. Para efectos de las materias de que trata este Decreto la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales a través del Director o sus delegados tendrá representación y capacidad para contratar y suscribir los actos administrativos que se requieran para ordenar gastos y pagos.
