º. Antes de otorgar el permiso de funcionamiento contemplado en el artículo 5º., el Superintendente Bancario tendrá en cuenta lo después en el Decreto 1458 de Agosto de 1972 en relación con el número de Asociaciones Mutualistas de Ahorro y Préstamo que podrán funcionar simultáneamente en un periodo dado.
