Modifícase la parte motiva y el artículo 1º del Decreto 907 del 25 de mayo 1999, en el sentido de que la delegación de las funciones constitucionales efectuada al Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, será a partir del 30 de mayo hasta 3 de junio de 1999, en virtud de que el Presidente de la república canceló su asistencia a la XII Cumbre de Jefes de Estado y de gobierno del Grupo de Rio a efectuarse en ciudad de México (México), entre los días 28 y 29 de mayo de 1999.
