Son funciones del Gerente, además de las que le señalan las leyes, ejecutar las disposiciones del Consejo Directivo, dirigir y controlar las actividades de la empresa; representarla judicial y extrajudicialmente, suscribir como su representante legal, los actos y contratos que deba celebrar en desarrollo de su objeto y ejercer las demás que le señalen los estatutos.
