Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente Decreto deroga los Decretos 3183 de 1952, 2349 de 1971, los artículos 2 º , 3 º , 4º, 5º del Decreto 1208 de 1969 y todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y entra en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su expedi ción.
