Toda audiencia deberá ser convocada por decisión del Consejo que se concretará en un auto en el que se determinará el día, lugar y hora de su celebración, los documentos que las partes deben aportar y el derecho que tienen dé nombrar sus representantes. El auto deberá ser notificado conforme al procedimiento establecido por la ley.
