De la fijación de la tasa compensatoria. En la fijación de la tasa compensatoria por la atención integral al preescolar, el Consejo Directivo tomará como base el ingreso familiar y el salario vigente en la región donde ella se preste.

Parágrafo

El trabajador asalariado demostrará el monto de sus ingresos, mediante su declaración de renta, acompañada de certificación expedida por el empleador. El trabajador independiente o por cuenta propia, lo hará mediante copia de su declaración de renta.
