Los Administradores de Aduanas retendrán las armas de fuego y las municiones destinadas a la exportación, si previamente no ha recibido el anuncio oficial del respectivo permiso de exportación. Si después de treinta días de retenidas esas armas y municiones, no se ha recibido el permiso de exportación, o no han sido retiradas por los exportadores, se decomisaran en beneficio del Gobierno Nacional.
