Sistema Nacional de Solidaridad Social El conjunto de entidad es públicas y privadas que realicen con recursos del presupuesto nacional planes, programas, proyectos y acciones específicas hacia los sectores más pobres y vulnerables de la población colombiana, en razón de sus funciones y competencias, conforman para los efectos del presente Decreto, el Sistema Nacional de Solidaridad Social.
