ARTICULO 69 . PLANES VACACIONALES. La División de Recursos Humanos a través de la Sección de Bienestar Social del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, trazará planes de vacaciones que faciliten al funcionario y a su familia un descanso adecuado para aprovechar de la mejor manera los recursos que posee el Estado en materia de transporte y alojamiento.
