Los gastos que ocasione la Marina de Guerra serán hechos por anticipación. El Contador-Proveedor verificará los pagos de alimentación y sueldos del personal, los de lavado de ropa de cámara y mesas y los de combustible, los restantes serán efectuados por los Administradores de Hacienda respectivos.
