La Junta de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro expedirá anualmente el presupuesto de ingresos y gastos de la entidad, con base en el proyecto que debe presentarle el Superintendente, y lo someterá a la aprobación del Ministro de Justicia, previa revisión por la Dirección General del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
