Art 9° El Presidente de la Junta de calificación de propuestas, enviara copia de las que se hicieren al Gobernador del Departamento del Cauca, quien vigilará muy especialmente el cumplimiento de esta ley y el de los decretos ejecutivos que la reglamenten.
