Art. 2.° Los títulos expedidos á favor del Gobierno por treinta de las acciones referidas y que reposan en la Tesorería general de la República, serán enviados por el Tesorero, con el endoso necesario, á la Municipalidad de Barranquilla. El Gobierno dará las órdenes del caso á fin de que los títulos correspondientes á las treinta y dos acciones restantes sean expedidos á favor del Municipio agraciado, si ellos no hubieren sido emitidos en la fecha, ó á fin de que sean legalmente endosados á favor de aquél, en el caso en que se hubieren emitido á favor del Gobierno.
